      Description

      Amazing customer service starts with 2-way communication on a daily basis. Currently it seems that the Community is talking to a "dead tree" which is not very pleasant nor gives some confidence.
      Cloudjees's policy of silence is very frustrating and will kill the Wavemaker community. finally.
