      Description

User creates the WM home folder as admin and installs it.
He then launches WM as a normal user, tries creating the project which seems to take forever. The log indicates something like
      2013-09-25 12:12:49,897 ERROR [com.wavemaker.runtime.server.JSONRPCController] - <FileAccessException: Reached filesystem root "C:\" without finding root: "C:\WM"> (session A18C05B3F246428F3126561537E95131, thread 39)
com.wavemaker.common.WMRuntimeException: FileAccessException: Reached filesystem root "C:\" without finding root: "C:\WM"

though C:\WM has actually been created. Display a user friendly response like "Please check if {home.folder} exists and is accessible by the current user, refer to http://dev.wavemaker.com/forums/?q=node/11647 for more details"
